Chances of getting pregnant by using tissue with semen.

Resolved Question:

If semen gets on a toilet paper roll accidentally and a woman uses it to wipe herself after urinating. Is it possible to become pregnant in this way? I believe there was a 30 minute window until it occurred but it could have been less.

No, there is no way pregnancy could have occurred in the situation you mentioned.
For pregnancy to occur, intercourse is mandatory with ejaculation inside the female vagina.

Thank you for the response. I guess ultimately what I was concerned about was if there was some small insertion of the toilet paper when wiping. Nothing other than the labia/lower vulva. But if that was a possible way to introduce semen enough for pregnancy to occur.

No even if it went in the semen has to reach the uterus, which it does only when there is penile insertion.
