Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
For some people, the vasoconstriction ability is a little dysfunctional, in such cases, the peripheries can get colder even in absence of stimulation.
So do not worry.
Is your hand cold too?
Any previous history of thyroid abnormalities or stress?
Patient replied :
No sir my hands are not cold at all and no previous history of thyroid abnormalities also sir.
It could be because of a vascular problem.
I would request you to get a doppler of the lower limb, and also get a physical examination to check for the venous flow.
Do you have any dilated veins in your legs?
Regards.
Patient replied :
No sir i dont have dilated veins.
Kindly get a doppler and review.
