Can you please let me know what it implies.

Your SGPT is significantly high.
There are many different causes for raised SGPT. The most common being fatty liver disease.
The following tests are to be done to find the cause.
1. HBsAg
2. Anti HCV
3. ANA
4. Anti smooth muscle antibody
5. Anti LKM antibody
6. Serum ceruloplasmin
7. Ultrasound scan of abdomen.
