Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
GGT is raised if you consume alcohol and sometimes due to certain medications. Anabolic steroids taken 2 years old patientago is not responsible for the raise of these enzymes.
Your ALT is slightly elevated. The most likely cause is fatty liver disease. You seem to be obese and obesity is a risk factor for fatty liver disease.
You can get an ultrasound scan of the abdomen done to see whether you have fatty liver disease.
If fatty liver is confirmed weight reduction is the first step in its treatment.
Also get checked for infections like hepatitis B and C which can raise ALT levels.
I hope that answers your question.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards,
Dr.R.K
