Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
These reports are fine.
She needs to continue the dose of thyroxine she is taking.
the skin changes may be related to menopausal effect.
However, BP needs to be investigated. It may not be related to Thyroid. Or her Adrenal hormones need testing as low Cortisol can be seen in some patients with thyroid disease and it needs treatment.
Also her heart needs to be seen, for its function.
Please feel free to discuss further.
Pulse is OK
BP is always low
Previous time when we visited doctor with my mom, doctor has prescribed tab. MENOPACE(Antioxidants & Essential Micronutrients), Can she continue taking those tablets
The main problem i am asking, is thyroxine sodium showing any adr on my moms body ?
No, if the TSH is normal on the dose that she is taking, it means that the dose is adequate and will have no adverse effects.
BP of that degree, unless causing dizziness, blackouts etc is not abnormal. esp if all tests are normal.
can she try stop taking thyroxine sodium for 1 month, what is esp, (esp if all tests are normal.)
She needs to continue taking the tablet. Reports are normal because she is taking the tablets. Please do not discontinue.
