Can I split and take DIAPRIDE with HBA1C 8.28?

I am 45 diabetic since 10years I am on glyphase 850mg 3times and diapride 3mg in afternoon my fasting sugar is nt under control since 2months I want to split diapride and take 2mg in the afternoon and 2mg in the night plz suggest what to do my HBA1c is 8.28

Yes, you need to start Sitagliptin 100mg in addition, and check blood sugars after a month. You may need to continue even after the sugars come under control
