Hernia can lead to groin pain.If the Intestine is in the hernial sac, there will be more pain.If the intestine is blocked leading to Intestinal obstruction, then vomiting occur along with severe pain.Pain below the heart is not due to hernia.

Burning urination can be due to simple Urinary tract infection or kidney stone. The best way to rule out is to get an Ultrasound abdomen.

Back pain can be due to spinal stenosis.

Do not worry.

Get an Ultrasound and rule out kidney stone.Drink plenty of liquids.

As there is no medical treatment for Hernia, get it operated before complications like Intestinal obstruction sets in.

Wish you good health and speedy recovery.
