I have seen the image and it looks like an allergic reaction to some insect bite. Do you remember being bitten by any insect? We need to rule it out as soon as possible, as you are already feeling light-headed.
Indeed there is some swelling around the vein. Are you hypertensive? Any previous history of cardiac disorders?
1)If the affected area is itchy or painful
2)if the area is warm to touch
3)any recent history of excessive sun exposure or beach holiday
4)if the lump underneath is painful
5)any history of insect bite
6)if the area is red and dry or you can see any pus formation in the area.
