Hi there, I want an opinion on bumps I have in my genitals. They are not soft yet not that hard. They are not sore or itchy or anything. I wouldn't be extremely active in that department with only 4 partners ever (age 26) I haven't been with anyone since the end of March and these bumps are there for about 5 weeks. I really hope it is nothing serious, lifelong etc. I have looked up all the obvius things on line and am hoping it is just something like Molluscum Contagiom. I also had a full sti screen and smear about 2 months ago and all were clear. I also have a good bit of white discharge lately and don't know if this is normal or not or if it is related. Please help

Thanks for your query at DoctorSpring. I can understand your concern.
From the picture that you have sent , its evident that you have genital warts. Also there is evidence of white discharge per vaginum.
The treatment for the warts would be application of Aldara cream which would resolve the warts. You will need a prescription from your doctor for it.
The discharge needs to be treated with oral antifungal like fluconazole which would also require a prescription.

Not really wanted to hear but at least I can treat it now. Why do they not look like pictures on the web of warts? This is why I was hopeful it was something else (anything else really). I actually thought I uploaded 3 photos. Was one enough for your diagnosis? what is the discharge condition called?

They do resemble warts, maybe not the classic textbook picture.
The discharge is called vulvovaginal candidiasis.
One photo was enough for diagnosis.
