thanksWithout shaving my sideburns off and some else to take pictures--No. Indegestion and heart burn did start Friday, through today. At this time very light but pain on my face - right side is about a 5-6 very tender to touch I have put ice packs on and took Benadryl last night. As I missed work today I shall need a pass / possible pain reliever if possible. I can only take 500 mg of Tyenol a day, because of liver! Please respond with answers.

Thank you for your follow-up.
The good thing is already 4 days has passed from the possible bite episode, and apart from the swelling and pain on the face, there is no other symptom. The heartburn and indigestion seem unrelated.
You're already taking Benadryl. I will rather advise you to take Tab. Levocetirizine 5 mg once daily at bedtime for 3 days. You should continue putting ice packs and you can take Tylenol twice daily. Only a dose of 4 grams and over will cause liver problems. So twice daily won't have any impact on your liver. I also advise Cap. Omeprazole 20 mg once daily before breakfast for 7 days. This will reduce your heartburn significantly.

Please send a doctors relase for work stating return for tomorrow 2/18/2015 for work permit, I have not been contaminated with any infectious diseases, Can that happen today yes or no!!
