Resolved question:
I started my lmp on 4/6. On 4/29 my boyfriend put the head of his penis inside my vagina lips but didn't insert inside. On May 9th I had brown spotting like my period was coming & on May 10-11 I had bleeding then on May12-13 I had brown spotting....a few drops. I tested negative on a hpt on 5/21. Any ideas????

I think this is your normal period.
Pregnancy is not likely.
Once ina while, a period might be preceded and followed by some spotting.
Anxiety, stress, exercise, weight changes, late nights, smoking, drinking, travelling - all of these can impact your cycle.
So just maintain a menstrual diary detailing the dates.
IF the spotting persists or recurs next month too, you should consult an OB - GYN and go for an internal exam, Pap Smear, Pelvic ultrasound scan and hormonal levels ( FSH, LH, TSH, prolactin ).
Else do not worry about spotting that happens once in a while.
