20 yr old male with brown hyperpigmentation of skin on glans, 1 1/2 - 2 years old patientold, non painful or bothersome. (looks slightly more brown in real life than in the picture) Something to be further evaluated or can be ignored?

As you mentioned it didn't seem really brown in the picture. It could be due to post inflammatory hyperpigmentation following yeast infection.
Though it doesn't look worrisome in the picture, it would be best to consult a dermatologist to let him have a thorough look.
