Blurry vision, decreased urination by ADIPEX, DIDREX, SYNTHROID, TOPOMAX.

Resolved Question:

If I am taking adipex, didrex, synthroid, topamax, and hydrochlorothiazide and now I started having blurry vision and double vision at times and decreased urinationation what could this be? Also some sob and chest congestion. I do have have allergies and I smoke. I do not drink alcohol, have htn, dm, or any previous surgeries.

Topamax (topiramate) can cause blurred vision and glaucoma. So, please get an eye check up done to exclude these conditions.
Also, adipex and didrex may increase the risk of brain stroke. So, if symptoms persist or worsen we may need to exclude that too.
