From the symptoms you have mentioned it appears you have an upper respiratory tract infection with sinus infection (acute sinusitis). This is causing the eye pain and headache. Most possible cause is a viral infection. Here is what I recommend.
1. Steam inhalation through mouse and nose alternatively twice a day. This will open up the sinuses and relieve the headache.
2. Tylenol / Ibuprofen 400mg 2-3 times for the headache
3. If the symptoms persist beyond 2 more days or if the symptoms worsen within 2 days, you might require antibiotics (as we have to consider bacterial infection as a possibility.)
