Bad anal itch

Hi, I have a bad itch on my ass. I have been using antifungal cream with 1% tolnaftate for 2 weeks now. the problem still have not gone away.

There is a very inflamed rash which could be a mix of bacterial and fungal infection and is also quite eczematous.

I would recommend application of clotrimazole cream and neosporin cream along with cortisone cream. This would resolve the rash.
