Resolved question:
I am a man of 52 years. I have never done anal sex or partner. About thirty years ago, I underwent a surgical removal of warts around my penis. Now, I have similar warts around my anus. Is this due to my history of warts around penis? Or, is there any other reason for this? Did that virus stayed there dormant for these long? Now-a-days I suffer from a little anal pain also. Please help me on this.

I can understand your frustration. Let us see how best I can help you with. Simply saying, your problem can be due to your medical history of warts you had long before. This can be due to an infection from Human Papiloma Virus (HPV). There are about 40 varieties of HPVs, from which 6 and 11 are the main causes of genital warts. Mostly, this is a sexually transmitted disease which can be transmitted even with condom on. Chances of recurrence depend on individual’s general immunity. Once got affected, this virus will stay dormant for years. Genital warts are usually not painful. So, I suspect you might have affected with piles or so. Get consulted with a doctor as soon as possible. Chances of transforming warts to cancer are extremely rare.
