I have noted the MRI brain report.
There seems to be a brain tumour, as per the report. The further evaluation would require surgery- stereo tactic biopsy or open surgery. The biopsy will confirm the diagnosis and further treatment would depend on the biopsy report.
As he is on mechanical ventilator, he can not travel in normal aircraft. He should be transported in an air ambulance.
