It looks from your details that you are having deficiency of vitamin D and it is severe in nature.You should do following to have relief in this-
-You should take sun light bath in morning hours because our skin forms vitamin D from sun light. You may do morning walk for this.
-Take a diet rich in calcium and vitamin D. Vitamin D is rich in liver and dairy products.
-In such case of severe deficiency. you should take an injectable dose of vitamin D or you should take 60000 IU of vitamin D at least for 10 days then 60000IU per week.
You should monitor the blood levels by testing vitamin D every 2-3 month.
