It is really unfortunate to know that you are effected by a pain in your lower gut.As you are suffering pain in lower gut and cramping is only your symptoms then I would work over more on your medication to help your medication to get you relieve from your symptoms. As if there Is a pain in your lower gut have you ever had fever ,abnormal vaginal discharge or anyother symotoms behind all this which you do not face during your periods. If you face the problem or symptoms like all the above then you should consult your doctor .As if facing all this symptoms there must be a chances of STDs picture can be seen so I suggest you to see your GP.Good luck
