Thanks for your response. Here are the answers to your questions:
1. Do you have any other medical illness?
No, and I have had these symptoms after sex for about 2 years now, but I don't have any other medical illness.
2. Are you taking any drugs for any medical condition?
No.
3. How physically active are you in a given day – Sedentary, Moderate, Highly active.
I am between sedentary and moderate: I work my job at a desk for most of the day (8-10 hours, with occasional breaks for walking around about once per hour). Most of my exercise comes from walking back and forth between home and work (I don't drive) or walking to nearby stores for groceries. In total I usually walk 60-90 minutes a day.
4. Do you get breathless while climbing 1 or 2 flight of stairs?
No, I often climb 3 or 4 flights of stairs around the work place.
5. Do you get aches and pains after an usual physical activity (which is not related to sex).
No. I have on occasion carried things for a mile or two (not strenuous weight) and after putting it down I still do not have aches nor pains.
6 Do you have the symptoms if you change the position while the sexual act (say your partner on top).
Yes, my partner and I have sex either myself on top or her on top, and in both cases I have the same symptoms.
Thanks, Doctor. Please let me know what you think.
