Dr Meena has over nine years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, having practiced in India & UK. She has now returned to Chennai to offer high quality health service to women. 
 
Dr Meena did her MBBS in Salem Medical College & qualified as the best outgoing student. She had specialist training in Women’s health, pregnancy & childbirth at Madras Medical College & qualified as the University Topper. She is a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, London, UK. She has underwent special training in Laparoscopy (key hole surgery), Ultrasound (scanning), Infertility treatment (for childlessness), Colposcopy (preventive treatment for cancer of womb) in India and UK.

She has received 6 gold medals, 1 silver medal and 4 cash prizes during her medical training. She is also the recipient of the prestigious A.L.Mudaliar travelling fellowship 2008. She has given lectures, presentations and talks at regional, national and international meetings. She has special interest in promoting health awareness particularly among women.
