Yellowish white spots on vagina. Is it YEAST INFECTION?

Resolved question:
Right now Im too embarrassed to go to the doctor...but know i need to. I have suffered from bv infections from time to time. This summer i had one and treated it with metronidazole. I then got a severe yeast infection and treated that as well but it took a couple treatments. I have felt like something wasnt right...still had a slight discharge no smell nor itch. Its been about 6 months. The other day i noticed a bunch of yellowish white spots inside on the wall of my vagina (lower lip area). Before i noticed i treated myself again for bv metronidazole gel again then I decided to treat for yeast with miconazole.. Three days into it i noticed some pink discharge so i stopped. This is when i noticed the spots...what could the spots be?

Hello,
Thanks for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I can understand your concern.
You have genital warts. This is caused by hpv virus transmitted sexually from person to person.
The recommended treatment would be application of Aldara cream on the warts which would help in resolving them.
In case of a discharge I would recommend taking oral anti fungal agent called fluconazole once a week.
Please let me know if you have any queries. Take care

Thank you...this is what I thought but did not want to believe. With treatment will the warts go away?

Hello,
It can't be predicted for sure being a viral infection.
In a few people, it does recur at varying intervals.
As of now, Aldara will be helpful in resolving the lesions.
Hope this was helpful,
Regards.
