Hi, I am wondering if these symptoms have anything to do with the heart. This tuesday, my mother vomitted a few times yellow stuff. Since tuesday, she has been having a little chest pain and feeling slightly tired. Is this a sign of a heart related issue? Tx

Yes, it could be related to her heart. Cardiac symptoms can be atypical like this in elderly and in Diabetics. However it is not possible to differentiate without a ECG and clinical examination.
Even a simple stomach bug can also cause these symptoms, but a Cardiac cause should always be kept in mind in those who had nausea / vomiting / palpitations / syncope / sweating (angina equivalents ). She should get an ECG done.
