You have multiple PVCs and PACs. Most of your investigations are normal which indicates that you have a structurally normal heart. Even the Holter does not reveal any sinister arrhythmia.
PVCs in a structurally normal heart do not carry a bad prognosis and they do not usually lead to bad outcomes. However, if you are distressed by the frequent palpitations and sensation of skipped beats then you could start therapy with beta blockers for symptomatic relief.
