Will MRI give conclusive evidence for ACHONDROPLASIA?

Resolved Question:

I need to confirm whether it would be a medical fact that severe, congenitally short thick pedicles and narrowed interpedicular distance throughout entire spine with residual AP canal diameter starting at 2.5mm at C3-4 to 4.9mm at L4-5 seen on MRI of a achondroplasia male at age 52 would be evidence of the same severe condition at age 21.

The current conclusion is that the MRI would be conclusive evidence for the same condition existing at age 21 on the basis the pedicle length during this time would remain constant.

According to literature, indeed,  there is increase in interpedicular distance at upper lumber vertebrae with age but lower interpedicular distance remains same with age.So i am doubtful about the report ,there should be some cases in IPD & it should be more at old age. IPD generally lowers due to Achondroplasia, or dysplasia, otherwise its same with age. Widening apart from age can be noted in a lot of conditions such as Syringomyelia, ankylosing spondylitis, Marfan syndrome, ( e.t.c)
