Whitish tiny spots around foreskin without sex.

Hi,thanks for answering my question.I am a male and I have recently found some really tiny spots around my foreskin.they are in big groups,and are usually whitish in color.They don't excrete anything or burst when pressed on.I am still a virgin and I haven't had any sexual activity with anyone however,I masturbate occasionally.They don't cause any itching but I am paranoid by the sight of them.What are they and how can I get rid of them as I am starting to feel really worried.
