The information given by the patient is incomplete to decide whether he requires a TMT or not.
Ideally i would suggest to look into the following information before giving a opinion like
Age?
Underlying risk factors like Diabetes , Hypertension ,Dyslipidemia that is Cholesterol , Family History of Heart problem?
any history of Alcohol or Smoking?
Symptoms like Chest pain or Breathlessness on exertion ,easy fatigue or tiredness.
I would like to review with the following information.

i have only habbit of smoke no alcohol. I take the medicine of cholestrol and thyroid. I am feeling pain in left side of chest and breather problem. Eco cardiograph reveals mild pulmonary arterial hypertension.
Dear , Going through through your case history, you have smoking, cholesterol on medications and having chest pain and breathing difficulty , you should definitely do TMT .
To prevent heart problems you should stop smoking, control your cholesterol with healthy diet, exercise and medications.
