What are these solid lumps on foot?

Been there at least a year, maybe two
Not itchy or hurt
Got a bit bigger over the last few months (three on foot)
No varicose veins
I am vegetarian, very healthy lifestyle, no other issues, not been to Dr in years.
Should I worry?

I will recommed application of Mupirocin ointment and Clotrimazole ointment.
It looks like a fungal infection that got worse and there is superadded bacterial infection now.
You need to apply them twice daily for 2 weeks and follow-up with me.

Thank you for your help. I got both oitments and I now attach a photo after 6 days treatment, is this what you exepct? The hard lums do not feel smaller but maybe they have shrunk and I cannot tell.

They seem to have shrunk a bit, but not to a great extent.
Continue the treatment for 2 weeks, and if it still persists, a dermatologist opinion will be required to rule out ganglion cyst/ callosity.
This can be confirmed only on physical examination.
