Resolved question:
Tonight i was in a dimly lit area and i started to see a weird change in my vision. It went away once i left the area but in the last month ive also lost 10 pounds. Lately my anxiety has been out of control because i believe i have a brain tumor. I have a weird sensation on the top of my head but i am not having headaches. Iam not vomiting or having seizures. I was diagnosed with an ear infection and have been taking antibiotics for about a week and the strange sensation has gradually gone away. I have also subtly tried to lose weight but iam not sure it can explain such drastic weight loss. Iam about 50 pounds overweight

The weird sensation is mostly likely due to the ear infection, since ear infection can lead to vertigo, and giddiness. You said the 'strange sensation' has gradually gone away. Are you referring to the same weird sensation at the top of your head?
Can you describe the vision change in detail? The weight loss can be due to anxiety and stress, which you have been going through for the last couple of months.
Till now from your history there is nothing suggestive of brain tumor.
However it will be better to get a CT SCAN/MRI of the brain done, which will provide a conclusive evidence and that will also reduce your anxiety and stress, which is being detrimental towards your health.
Kindly get the MRI and upload the reports. Based on that i will guide you further,

It was like a weird glare that wrapped around my field of vision. It went away as soon as i left the dimly lit area. I have not been vomiting or having seizures. Whatever i was looking directly at i couldnt concentrate on because of the glare.

It can happen sometimes since it was a dimly lit area, the accomodation reflex was not proper.
However if it happens again, let me know.
When will it be possible for you to get the MRI?
