I am a 24 yr old guy. don't have any medical history. For the past 3 days , I am discharging watery substance from my anus. It has no colour and no smell. The discharge is small in quantity but it keeps my underwear wet. I also have itching sensation in my anus.though it's not that frequent .kindly suggest me a medicine or steps needed to be taken as I am not able to concentrate on any other thing

It could either be due to a fungal infection or could also be due to intestinal worms causing a mucus discharge.
I will advise you to take Tab. Albendazole 400 mg one single dose tonight, and check for worms in your stool tomorrow. Also, you can let me know if the frequency of the itching and the discharge is lower. Based on that, I can guide you further.

Sir, As asked by you I took a tab albendazole 400mg last night. I could not see any worms in my stool . But yes the frequency of discharge has come a little down . But it is still there . itching is also there sometimes.
Yes, it will gradually recede.
Itching will also get better.
Just wait for 3 days and let me know if there is improvement.

Should I take some more albendazole . And is there any type of food which I should avoid or eat more.
No there is no bearing with the food.
We can repeat albendazole treatment after 7 days if symptoms persist.
