Urinary urge incontinence, OCD, ADD. MS?

Resolved question:
I am concerned that I may have MS. So far my only symptom is urinary urge incontinence. I'm at 29 year old female. Last year I had frequent need to urinate, leakage if i didn't make it to the bathroom fast enough, and about three times over a few months I had urinated while sleeping and woke up during it. This is graphic but one time it also happened during use of a vibrator externally. I then went to my physician who said I was probably fine and to go to a urologist. He did find my vitamin d level was very low (9) which I know is associated with MS. Urologist said all was fine from her exam and put me on vesicare to relax the muscles. I went on it for about two months and then stopped taking it and experienced no urge incontinence for about 6 months. Then a few weeks ago it started again. I had one nighttime incident where I woke up and another where I only discovered it in the morning (that night I took about 1.5 mg of klonapin). I went back to the urologist who this time said I should go to a neurologist to rule out things. Everything seems fine again for now.

Some other thoughts: I am a law student and there was one incident where I almost fainted in the shower after pulling an all nighter and I know heat intolerance can be a symptom. Also, graphic again, sometimes I use the strong vibrator on a daily basis and from 1 to 4 times a day. This has made it increasingly difficult to reach orgasm without the vibrator and was wondering if this may be impacting my bladder.

Medications I'm on: 300 Wellbutrin, 150 Lamictal, 54 Concerta (for depression and ADD. I also have OCD)

I went to the neurologist yesterday who performed a physical examination and said that he was confident everything was fine and nothing serious was going on. He did the balance tests, reflex tests, looked in my eye, etc. Next week he is sending me for a bunch of MRIs and nerve tests just to be safe. I am very scared. I also have hashimotos (with currently no hypo or hyper) and know that can increase likelihood. I have also read that bladder problems can be the first signs of MS and are usually not noticed as a first sign because people don't realize it's related and don't really feel comfortable talking about it.

Do you think this is an early sign that I may have MS? Everything I read online for causes of incontinence sounds terrible like MS, brain tumor, Parkinsons, etc.

Thank you.

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
There are only 3 diagnostic criterias for tuberculosis. Firstly the Mantoux needs to be positive, however 30-40 % of the adults will turn Mantoux positive, only because of a subclinical infection in their childhood. So the results of Mantoux is not considered relevant.
The next is Sputum AFB, and that will definitely be negative for you, considering there is no recent infection. It does not depend on past infection.
Now the most important is Chest X-RAY. Since the doctor said chest x ray is negative, there is no way they can find out about a past TB infection.
So please do not worry.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.
