Resolved question:
I have a foreskin retraction pain while have sexual intercourse. So i am not comfortable in having sex with foreskin retracted . But i am perfectly ok having sex wearing condom since my foreskin is not retracted when I wear condom and have sex.
Me and my wife are planning for kids now. Can a sexual intercourse "putting a whole in the tip of the condom" will help her to get pregnant or does this reduce the probability of getting pregnant.
What is your suggestion?
I would like to try our luck in this way and then consult doctor for further diagnosis if it doesn't work.
Can you suggest some condom which doesn't have spermicide so that the sperm doesn't get killed?

Hello,
Thanks for your query at DoctorSpring. I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Pain due to retraction of foreskin while having sex is not a very common complaint. There has to be a reason for the same and it will need physical examination. Infection is the probable cause. The other cause could be absence of lubrication.
Regarding the "hole in condom". It can cause pregnancy but the chances are obviously less than the normal trials. People do get pregnant when the condom tears off while having sex.
The condoms in india do not have spermicides in routine. You can try the unlubricated ones. You could try with the hole in condom for 6 months but then if it is not successful get yourself treated.
Hope this helps, please feel free to discuss further.
