Can you upload the ultrasound scan report, mentioning polyhydramnios and the placentation ?
And how was the diagnosis of premature baby made ?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

Patient replied :

Yes doctor I herewith enclose all my reports recently taken. I don't have any past history. Tablets which I m taking are sysfol, duvadilan, livogen, lumia, acucal.

Hello.
I have gone through your reports.
There is no mention of preterm labour anywhere.
Why are you worried about preterm labour ?
And the amniotic fluid is slightly on the higher side, but there is no other abnormality seen.
Are your blood sugars normal ?
Polyhydramnios sometimes has no reason, just it needs to be followed up with regular ultrasound.
As long as the baby is normal, there is no reason to worry.

Patient replied :

Yes doctor . Sugar level is normal. But my doctor said you should be careful . No travel , no sex and complete bed rest. Since you are at high risk of preterm labour. My weight is not increased. I am having severe leg cramps. I could feel kicks at my vaginal area which again scares me. Kindly guide me in this situation. Please. I have uploaded my diabetics test.

Hello again.
I cannot see any risk of preterm labour !
Can you upload your doctor's prescription ?
And yes, feeling kicks at the lower part of your abdomen is normal, it is not a concern.
