What is your advice for a male patient 52 years old with history of obesity and has recently gained 9 lbs and has been diagnosed with hypertension and hyperlipidemia. drugs currently taken atenolol 12.5 mg daily, doxazosin 8mg daily, hydralazine 10 mg daily, sertraline 25 mg daily, simvastatin 80mg daily. he has been taking the drugs for more than 2 years with no change as he follows the diet. any alternative drugs?

These are Fordyce's spots. These are ectopic sebaceous glands and variation of the normal sebaceous glands. They are benign and do not need any treatment.
I would recommend not worrying about it. It's not related to any std.
