Hello
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I can understand your concern.
You seem to be having eczema on the penis. That is the reason the dry skin forms and once you remove it keeps coming back.
I would recommend that you apply vaseline on it twice a day and also cortisone cream twice a day for a week.
In case it doesn't subside in a week, it would be best to visit your dermatologist.
Please let me know if you have any queries.
Regards
Thank you for your reply Doctor. Do I have to Apply veseline and cortisone cream same time or different times. Like if I apply veseline in morning time and cortisone cream afternoon? is this way is ok? Please advice
Thank you
Hello. Thank you for writing to us again.
You can apply the vaseline first. Dry skin takes up vaseline in 5 minutes time. Following that you can use cortisone cream. Use it 2-3 times a day. There will be no side effects. Do not worry.
Use it for 3 days, and get back to me.

Hi doctor,
I have apply the cream u said. Daily 2 3 times. Now its gone. No more skin effection. Thank you very much for your kind support.
I just wondering, after I stop applying this cream it will come back again after some time? This kind of skin effections how can be effect? How to be safe?
Hello
You need to make sure that you clean the area well, pat it dry n moisturize it if there is dry skin.
That will help in preventing the recurrence of eczema and dry skin.
If it happens again you need to treat it at the earliest so as to stop the progression.
Take care
