From the pictures, you seem to be having alopecia aereata which is a condition where there is loss of hair in patches. It's a non scarring alopecia. On proper treatment it's possible to regain the lost hair.
However it's first important to examine the area and confirm the diagnosis , as in a photo it wouldn't be possible to touch and examine the patches.
Hence it would be best to visit your dermatologist who can confirm the diagnosis.
The treatment for alopecia aereata would be either oral corticosteroids or intralesional steroid injections. But for either of these, your doctor needs to take a call on which one to start and monitor the progress.
