i have difficulty of breathing and i went for too many doctors and they said that i dont have anything please let me know what to do i cant sleep like before

When did this breathing difficulty begin? What are the aggravating factors? Have you been able to continue your daily activities? Did you ever have asthma before? Anyone in the family with same history?
I would also like to know if you had any investigations done. Mostly in your case a chest x ray and a spirometry is required to identify what's wrong. If you have not done any investigations, it is better you get both of this don, without which a conclusive picture will be difficult.
Also do you have allergy attacks? Sometimes due to allergy episodes, there is sudden bronchoconstriction in the lungs, which can cause breathing difficulties. If a person is known to have allergies, this can be a possible cause.
