These symptoms can occur with multiple sclerosis, but are not specific for MS. Similar symptoms can also occur with other neurological problems, such as peripheral neuropathy due to vitamin B12/D deficiency or diabetes mellitus.
Also, lack of blood flow to brain/spinal cord or nerves due to conditions such as vasculitis or collagen vascular disease could also result in similar symptoms.
If your symptoms persist, then, you would need to go for other investigations such as MRI of spine, nerve conduction studies, and blood tests for anti-nuclear antibody, vitamin B12, vitamin D levels, etc.
