A scientific study has not been conducted to study the interactions between Xanogen male enhancement and tegretol (carbamazepine). So, a definite recommendation about its safety can not be given, if they are used together.
However, I have gone through the ingredients of Xanogen male enhancement and most of them are safe herbal products. So, I do not expect any side effects of this product, it is used in conjunction with tegretol.
