Hello
Thanks for posting your query.
I can understand your concern. I reviewed the picture.
If a burn reaches the dermis , the second layer of the skin or deeper then it might leave a scar behind. In your case , it seems superficial in the picture. I would recommend not peeling it off.
Application of a steroid antibiotic combination cream containing mometasone and Mupirocin should help heal it better.
You will need a prescription for the same.
Hopefully there shouldn't be a scar. But it is important to let your doctor examine it and monitor its healing.
Take care
Patient replied :
My tea tree oil Burn when I first got it was purple ish by I peeled t off and it left a circle with raw skin showing with some purple surrounding it I've been adding a Spanish creme called "penicilina" and it's been 2 days and the raw skin has turned white and there is still some purple going around it I don't think I can go to the doctor because of insurance and money issues with creme so what do I do? Is it normal it's white? I don't want any sort of scar.
Hello
Thanks for your reply. from the picture it does not seem it will scar. However , it still depends on individual skin as to how it heals. You could apply cortisone cream and neosporin cream mixed and applied over the area twice daily. Its available over the counter.
Take care
