Hello,
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
Please upload pictures of this condition that you are having.
If you have not been sexually active at all, there is no need to worry.
Whatever it is , is benign and can be treated.
But you need to show me the pictures so that I can confirm what they are.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.
Regards.
Patient replied :
Here is a picture, which I obviously ask that you keep extremely private. I hope you will be able to help.
I can understand your concern.
This does look like vestibular papillomatosis.
SInce when have you noticed this ?
ANother possibility is multiple vaginal polyps.
But relax, dont panic or get too worried.
Both conditions can be treated surgically - these lesions can be removed.
You need to consult a Specialist OB - GYN at the earliest for removal.
Do that.
It is possible to have them removed.
Patient replied :
Thank you for putting my mind at ease a bit. Most research I've done says most doctors just let them be- which as you can see would be a terribly embarrassing option for me. I just noticed them incredibly recently. They cannot have been growing for more than a year realistically.
Yes, they are quite too many for comfort ( and aesthetic appeal ).
Please approach a Specialist and they can be easily removed.
Take care.
