You are sffering from epididymorchitis and the most common cause of it is urinary tract infection or stone in the ureter. You should get investigated with urinalysis, urine c/s and ultrasound KUB.
In the meantime you can start yourself on Ciprofloxacin, Diclofenac and tamsulosin under the guidance of your doctor.

Start T. Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily X 5 days , T. Diclofenac 75 mg thrice daily X 5 days and Tamsulosin 0.4 mg once in night X 10 days under the care of your doctor.

Further to earlier advice,
I showed your message: Doctor prescribed
following medicine
1- Moxclav 625mg (1-0-1 X7)
2- chymoral forte DS (1-0-1 X7)
3 - Dolowin (1-0-1 X7)
after 7 days swelling reduced to 50%, I was asked to continue for next 7 more days, after completing tablets, swelling increased back to earlier stage.
Doctor prescribed following tests and all are normal
please find attached are the reports.
- Glucose Random 97 mg/dl
- Haematology - all parameters are normal range
- Urine examination (color, transparency,PH, Specific gravity, protein, sugar, ketone bodies, uro bilinogen, bile salt, bilepigment, rbcs, pus cells,,pithelial cells, casts, bacteria, crystals, others - negative/nill)
- HIV Test - non reactive(0.3)
-Hepatitis B Surface angigen - Non Reactive (0.6)
Later doctor asked me to go for another blood test
Serem, TB, PCR test.
I could not go back to doctor later, due to time inconvenience.
I AM VERY MUCH WORRIED DOCTOR, PLEASE ADVICE.
