I am 20 years old patientold.
Sexually active with currently one partner with no sexual past
This has never happened before.
The cracked skin in the crevasses happened about a month ago but wasn't bad and I thought it went away but now it's the cracked skin and dry patches. I did notice excess sweat between my glutes this past week
This could be a very bad yeast infection.
Again, it has to be differentiated from eczema / psoriasis of this area.
Please consult a specialist OB _ GYN for a thorough internal exam and swab and culture.
You need to treat it fast enough, as it is quite severe now.
Do not self medicate it, without the diagnosis being confirmed, as it can aggravate the condition.
