Resolved question:
I am a 24 year old female. I can't seem to hold my urine. I was cleaning dishes tonight, all of a sudden I had a sudden strong urge to pee. I tried to make it to the toilet. I had my shorts half way down when I started peeing. I couldn't stop the stream of urine. I had a weird sensation not a burn but a pressure I guess. I have a discomfort when I finish peeing. I pee quiet frequently and small amounts on occasion i pee a normal amount. These symptoms come and go. Its embarrassing. I constantly have to run to the bathroom. I know I need to the doctor. Can you please tell me what it could possibly be.

I understand your concern.
You seem to be having overactive bladder. Why it is happening is very difficult to say. You need to get urinalysis and ultrasound KUB. Kindly get back with these investigations. These investigations will give further clue to your diagnosis.
In the meantime, you can start yourself on cranberry juice.
