Thanks for the response.
From 10 days I have been suffering with the symptoms. I dont have any drinking habbit.
height : 159 cm
weight : 61kg
No endoscopy done
Follow normal dietary. South Indian foods

I went through your post including the additional information.
Your symptoms are of recent onset and not a recurrent one.
The most possible cause for bloody stool along with abdominal pain in bowel infection.
Stool analysis may be done for confirmation.
You may be benefitted by a course of antibiotics .
You can take T. Zanocin OZ twice daily after food for 5 days. In addition take C. VSL#3 once daily and T. Librax twice daily after food for 7 days.
Include yogurt un your diet.
If symptoms persists, you may have to consult your physician for clinical examination and more tests.
