Vomiting 3x a day. No outside food history. No antibiotic.

You need to get your LFT evaluated.
It could be due to gastroenteritis, but with possible exposure to hepatitis C, you need to get a LFT done.
I will advise you to use Ondansetron 4 mg, each time before meals, to control your nausea for the time being.
