I had a concern I had unprotected sex on the 20th of Dec and on 11th of Jan I spotted for 3 days browish discharge and I never got my real period and I have never had this happen to me before and I heard it could be implant bleeding so I took a test a week after the spotting it came back negative so what's going on ?

I'm 21 years old and it was the 19 of Dec and yes I have regular periods and nope I don't have any stress and I have never been pregnant before

Sometimes menstrual periods can be delayed due to many reasons. Pregnancy can be confirmed only by pregnancy tests. I would advise you to repeat pregnancy test after 4-5 days for confirmation
