Resolved question:
I got this on the bottom of my penis recently (don't know exactly when) and I am fearing it is definitely an STD or STI but unsure which one. I've researched and it seems like it could be herpes, genital warts, molluscum contagiosum, or maybe even fordyce spots. Whatever this is, it isn't on my penis tip or in the middle, it really is just all the way on the bottom of my penis making me think that even while wearing condoms, the condom didn't cover my entire penis or maybe rolled up slightly during sex and that is why I have these spots in the region the condom didn't fully cover. Please help me out and give me the good or the bad news. This is killing me since I thought I was practicing a healthy sex life.

I can understand your concern.
You seem to be having molluscum contagiosum which is a viral infection caused by the pox virus. It is sexually transmitted and spreads by contact with a lesion.
The treatment for it would be application of Aldara cream on the lesions. It will require a prescription from your doctor.
That will help in resolving the lesions slowly.

Hi so for the past few weeks I did a lot of research on molluscum contagiosum for the genital region and I ended up trying a few different things. I was using this product from Walgreens called "Zymaderm" twice a day on the lesions and then a few times I tried putting Apple Cider Vinegar on the lesions with a q tip for a few minutes and lastly I applied tea tree oil to the lesions. As of right now my genital region got pretty red and so I stopped using everything and put some neosporin on the regions because I figured maybe the tea tree oil just dried my skin out too much. Anyways it doesn't look like the lesions really went down that much but I can't tell. Do you think I should keep applying the zymaderm twice a day and occasional tea tree oil to the lesions after the next few days of putting neosporin on? What are the signs that the molluscum is clearing up and how will I know when it is gone? Also as of late the spot thats red got really itchy and I think maybe that's why my skin got really red because I started scratching it with my fingernails a lot. I wasn't really itchy when it started. And so the pictures I'm sending are after my skin got pretty dried out, I scratched the itch a lot and have neosporin on it. For all I know if I took the pictures tomorrow it might not be as red. I know I sent a lot of questions and I apologize but I'm really trying to get this thing gone as fast I can but without my parents knowing (that's why I didn't see any doctors or get a prescription for Aldara).

Your skin turned really red after the application of zymaderm cream. I wouldn't suggest you to continue it.
Molluscum can be treated either by needling by your doctor or application of Aldara cream on the lesions.
I would recommend that you let the redness completely settle down. You can apply cortisone cream once a day for a week. This will aid in reducing the redness. Since zymaderm doesn't contain a fda approved content, I wouldn't advise its use.
Tea tree oil doesn't help to treat molluscum.
The molluscum will become small or fall out once it's treated , that's when we know that molluscum is gone.
