I can understand your concern.
The pictures however are not very clear. I can't see the lesion too well. Would it be possible for you to post some clearer pics? Also i would like to know if it's painful or there is pain in touching the lesion. Is there any pus coming through it?

No, there is no puss. And I wouldn't say it is painful, unless i squeeze it pretty hard. The skin around the area feels dry I have uploaded the best picture i can get and put an arrow toward the bump. I also uploaded the same picture without an arrow just in case that is what you prefer.

Thanks for your reply and posting another picture.
It seems to be cyst. I would recommend application of neosporin cream over it twice daily for a week.
It seems to be a harmless lesion. It could be also due to yeast infection.
Its a very tiny lesion and it doesn't look like a wart right now. In case it progresses and doesn't improve in a week, you could consider consulting your dermatologist.
