Red spot with numbness typically points out to be Hansens disease. The disease is very slow progress ing and numbness is major symptom. A definitive diagnosis made by doing a skin scratch test and lepromin test. I suggest you visit a dermatologist.
Aspirin or prednisolone are usually given to reduce inflammation. A number of different antibiotics (including dapsone, rifampin, clofazamine, fluoroquinolones, macrolides, and minocycline) are used to kill the bacteria that cause the disease. More than one antibiotic is often given together.
